Service Coordinator/Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer’s enquiries via email or phone calls
- Generate quotations and process purchase orders
- Advise customer on products and services related information accurately
- Generate sales from customer’s queries
- Resolve any customer’s complaint and issue arise
- Attend to any questions or queries related to company’s product
- Plan and allocate adequate manpower to complete assigned jobs
- Manage purchasing related matters as per customer’s queries
- Work closely with Service Engineers for any job task related
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in Business, Engineering, or any related field
- No experience required
- Good communication and customer service oriented
