Regional Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement: 
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the marine and offshore sectors.

2. Customer acquisition:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Saudi Arabia by prospecting and generating leads in our industry.

3. Relationship management: 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Product knowledge: 
• Have a deep understanding of the marine industry, including knowledge of products, services, and solutions offered by the company.

5. Technical expertise: 
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of marine and offshore equipment, parts, and systems to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

6. Market intelligence: 
• Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the marine and offshore industry to identify new business opportunities.

7. Collaboration with internal teams: 
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.

Requirements

  • Basic sales experience in the marine or similiar industry, with a good track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of the marine industry, including knowledge of industry players, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with marine and offshore equipment and technologies to effectively engage with customers and provide technical advice.
  • Able to travel overseas for work.
