Salary Range: S$1500-S$2500 Basic exclusive of overtime and overseas allowances depending
on experience.

Mechanic
Job Responsibilities
- Traveling to shipyard/docking area where the vessel is located.
- Testing the performance of marine engines and electrical systems.
- Carrying out overhaul/troubleshooting of main engines and generators.
- Completing service records and repair documents; maintains paper work documentation
of work performed in a complete and timely manner including timesheet, service reports,
parts returns and other repair related reports deemed necessary. - Ensure all repair procedures are carried out according to the service manual instructions.
- Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently within the standard job hour guidelines.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, maintaining good housekeeping
- To perform in-house and on-site calibration.
Requirements
- Certificates, diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven work experience as a marine mechanic.
- Ability to work in engine room onboard vessel.
- Ability to work offshore.
- Abide by all safety standard and practices while working in the workshop and field/site at
all times. - Communicate well technically and efficiently to all levels of service staff and customers.
