Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales target achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed
    sales targets within the marine and offshore sector.
  • Customer acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting
    and generating leads in our industry.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,
    ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Product knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the marine industry, including
    knowledge of products, services, and solutions offered by the company.
  • Technical expertise: Demonstrate technical knowledge of marine and offshore
    equipment, parts, and systems to effectively communicate product features and
    benefits to customers.
  • Market intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and
    competitor activities in the marine and offshore industry to identify new business
    opportunities.
  • Collaboration with internal teams: Coordinate with internal teams such as operations,
    logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.

Requirements

  • Basic sales experience in the marine or similiar industry, with a good track record of
    achieving sales targets.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of the marine industry, including knowledge of
    industry players, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with marine and offshore equipment and
    technologies to effectively engage with customers and provide technical advice.
  • Class 3 license/ Own car transport will be advantage.
